Trenoweth

New to St Moritz are their off-site houses, which offer the privacy of a self-catering stay but with full access to St Moritz facilities.

We were delighted to build these 2 houses and the finish speaks for itself.

Saltash Town Council wanted to restore this beautiful old building that was unsafe to use in its old state. Working closely with Cormac and local trades we were heavily involved in this magnificent restoration which won a Conservation and regeneration award in 2021.

St. Moritz

We were asked to upgrade the ground floor suites into self-contained apartments along with opening up communal areas to open plan to incorporate the conservatory in each room.

Extension – Helston

An old and tired bungalow on a lovely sunny plot that needed modernising, we extended into the garden and also the garage to give the client a huge vaulted ceiling in her now lounge and also an ensuite in her master bedroom.

Mylor

A new build in a small plot in Mylor Bridge, working closely with the client to build an eco-House incorporating air source heat pumps, solar power and recycled water tanks to name a few.

St. Moritz – External

In addition to the internal upgrades, we were also instructed to landscape the gardens so that each apartment now has its own private enclosed garden area.
